If it doesn't work, we fix it.

These are digital goods, so we can't take them back — which means no change-of-mind refunds. But we stand behind the products: if something is broken or does not do what we claimed, we will make it right or give your money back.
The short version
Everything we sell is a digital download, delivered immediately and impossible to return. Because of that we do not offer refunds for change of mind — if you buy a product and simply decide you would rather not have it, that sale is final.
What we do instead is make sure it works. If a product will not install, will not run, or does not do what we said it does, we will fix it. If we cannot fix it, we will refund you.
When we will refund you
We will issue a refund in these cases:
- The product will not install or run on a supported machine, and we cannot get it working for you.
- The product is materially broken, or does not do something we explicitly claimed it does.
- You were charged more than once for the same product, or bought the same product twice by accident.
- You were charged in error.
When we will not
- Change of mind, or you decided you do not need it after all.
- You bought it for a machine that does not meet the stated requirements. These are listed on every product page — please check before buying.
- You want a different product instead. Contact us and we will usually sort out the difference rather than refund.
- You do not like the creative result. The free ARTIFACTS pack and the demo footage on each product page exist so you can judge the look before paying.
Check before you buy
MOSH, GHOST, and GLAZE are Mac apps and need an Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 14 or later. CRT STUDIO is a native After Effects plugin. Requirements are listed on each product page.
If you are not sure the tools suit your workflow, start with ARTIFACTS Vol. 1. It is free, needs no payment details, and comes from the same house.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live. Some countries — including in the EU and UK — give you a statutory cancellation right for digital purchases, which can be waived when you agree to immediate download. Where you have a mandatory right to a refund that this policy does not cover, that right still applies, and we will honour it.
How to ask
Email support@faceworld.store with your order number and a short description of the problem. Screenshots or a screen recording help us diagnose faster.
We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and usually take a few business days to appear depending on your bank.
Talk to us before your bank
If something is wrong, tell us first. We would much rather fix the problem or refund you directly than have you open a chargeback — it is faster for you, and it means we get to find out about the bug.
